Priscilla Razon: Preschool Director & Lead Teacher
Mrs. Razon has 17 years of experience. Nine of those years have been in growing our Preschool Program. If you come and spend a morning in her class, you will see she has found her niche in the 2’s and 3’s class. She loves to have her students experience their learning through their senses. Some of Priscilla’s favorite things are: down time with friends, Starbucks (anytime), and planning party extravaganzas.

Darleen Roche:
Kindergarten
I am from New Mexico and have lived here all my life. My husband and I raised our daughter and son here. I also have two beautiful granddaughters. I got my teaching degrees in Elementary Education from UNM and Highlands University. I have been teaching at Sandia View Christian School for 24 years. I have loved teaching and find that each year is very different from the last but has always been a huge blessing. I look forward to being back in the classroom and cannot wait for the new adventure this year.

Faith Wilson:
Grades 1st & 2nd

Alexandria Gurule:
Grades 3rd & 4th
This is Coach Alex. She has a B.S in Psychology from Southwestern Adventist University. She has taught both elementary and middle school classes. Sports has always been her passion and has changed her life for the better and wants to help give that opportunity to the students here.

Erin Campbell:
Grades 5th and 6th
Ms. Erin earned her Associate of General Studies with a minor in Education from Southern Adventist University and will graduate in May with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Kennesaw State University. She is passionate about creating a classroom where every student feels encouraged, capable, and confident. She believes that every child should leave the classroom each day believing in themselves and feeling proud of what they have learned. Ms. Erin enjoys listening to music, watching movies, thrift shopping, and meeting new people.

Melanie Cano:
Grades 7th & 8th
Principal
Mrs. Cano graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a passion to work with kids. After teaching various grades from 3-8 in California, she moved to New Mexico and then joined the SVCS family in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her family—her husband, daughter, son, and dog, and exploring her new home of New Mexico. Her own interests include baking, trying a variety of ethnic dishes, playing the piano, singing, watching musicals and movies, and sleeping in.

Diann Gurule:
Secretary-Treasurer
I joined the family in 2009. I started out as an aide in the classrooms then was hired to be the Secretary/Treasurer in 2013. I have a passion for helping young people grow in Christ. My favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
